First off, thank you for reading the first post on my new blog!
This isn't the first blog I've kept. My first one started out detailing my time in University. As I exited, the blog gradually turned into my life in a wheelchair, and otherwise. I tried really hard to make sure the blog was educational, or at least had a positive message.
However, it was really hard to keep up. Life doesn't always have a positive message. I caught myself sounding like the handicapped hero portrayed on the 5 o'clock news. "Bravely" tackling life. While my disability is a dominant factor in my life, my disability isn't me. I'm just living.
Sure, it will come up here, it always does. This blog has a more apt title, as my good intentions often turn into passionate rants that can lose focus. Also, I'm not certain how frequent my posts will be.
